Hetherington and Fagan shine at All-Star Game
Lake Erie Crushers outfielder Luke Hetherington and starting pitcher Paul Fagan had strong showings at the Frontier League All-Star Game Thursday in Love's Park, Illinois.
The East squad defeated the West, 5-2, and Hetherington had a pair of hits in two at-bats. Fagan pitched a perfect second inning, striking out one.
Ryan Basham of the Florence Freedom won most vaulable player honors.
